Woman on Top – Salomon Zugspitz Ultratrail!

What a joy to look at this photo again taken during my Basetrail at Zugspitz Ultratrail back in 2014 with friends and friends to be, nourshing my heart and soul right now.

Wishing all my friends and runners on their way out and up there this weekend a fun, injury free time no matter the weather.

Meanwhile I will continue taking care of my achilles tendon giving my best with regular alternative training and of course yoga to hopefully start at Eiger Ultratrail in exactly four weeks from now. Fingers crossed…
